Biamp EVOKO Liso Room Manager
Avoid double bookings, empty conference rooms and interruptions in meetings with ease! With the Biamp EVOKO LISO room booking system you always have everything in view — whether it's room availability or who is holding which meeting when. As a self-hosted solution, the system is managed on-premises via the Evoko Home Server application (Windows or Ubuntu), so all data stays within your own network. Thanks to compatibility with all common software applications, bookings can, for example, be managed via Microsoft Outlook.
Simple booking and management of meeting and conference rooms
The Biamp EVOKO LISO convinces with its simple and intuitive operation. No complicated software is required. With the help of the 8-inch touch-sensitive display, which can be mounted outside the room, you can see the room status from a distance. Thanks to the innovative Dual-View function, the clock view shows colored time blocks throughout the day from afar: green indicates free times, red occupied. Only when approaching does the display automatically switch to the detailed view with action buttons to book, extend or end.
All important information can be accessed via the display: current time, organizer, start and end of the meeting and, during the meeting, the remaining room usage time. The integrated check-in function prevents so-called ghost meetings: if a booked meeting is not confirmed within a set time window, the system automatically releases the room for other employees. The "Room Overview" feature simplifies room planning and makes it much more efficient. By various criteria, all rooms available in the company can be displayed. With multiple locations, this also enables planning a meeting and reserving the room regardless of location. Employees can only make bookings after verifying themselves using a password or PIN.

With the Biamp EVOKO app "Get your room" all bookings can also be managed on the go with a smartphone. The app is available free of charge for both Android and Apple. For co-working spaces, Liso Web Booking offers flexible room booking without a shared calendar system. The system is also protected against unauthorized access.

Teuer, aber rentiert sich
Wir haben in unserem Hotel alle vier Besprechungsräume mit einem EVOKO ausgestattet. Das Investment hat sich ausgezahlt - alles übersichtlich, intuitiv und schnell buchbar. Einen Stern ziehe ich trotzdem ab, da der Preis doch schon recht hoch ist.

Der EVOKO LISO hat für die Raumplannung in unserer Firma sehr viel gebracht. Die Planung ist viel flexibler geworden. Der Evoko LISO sieht auch noch sehr gut aus und passt an jeden Meetingraum.
