The LEICKE hard drive adapter (HDD) 2nd generation is perfect for data back ups, mirroring, extension of capacity up to 2000 GB and a 2nd bootable hard drive. The HDD adapter also allows you to integrate a 2nd hard drive into your notebook. A free hard drive slot will be needed for installation. If there is no spare slot, just de-install/ take out the CD/DVD drive. Then the adapter can be installed instead of the CD/DVD drive with the included bolts.
Please check whether your notebook has a SATA or PATA interface.
