For the first time, the extender can wirelessly transmit 4K UltraHD video and audio signals across distances of up to 10 metres. The exact transmission distance beyond line of sight may vary depending on local conditions. By utilizing the 60 GHz frequency spectrum, the sleek black CSW200 minimizes interference with traditional WLAN devices operating in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz ranges, ensuring both a high data transmission rate and interference-free operation.
Interference-free audio / video transmission
Operating within the 60 GHz frequency range, the CSW200 effectively sidesteps interference from 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz home networks like WiFi / WLAN. This feature is powered by a professional chipset that facilitates uncompressed wireless HDMI transmission in 4K with latency of less than 100 ms. For optimal performance, it is advisable to maintain a clear line of sight and a 90° alignment between the transmitter and receiver to achieve maximum transmission distance.
