Bachmann BN ESSENTIAL Metered PDU – three-phase power distribution with intelligent measurement technology
The Bachmann BN ESSENTIAL Metered is a professional Power Distribution Unit for use in data centers, server rooms and IT infrastructure. With a input of 32A/400V and 22 kW total power it reliably supplies critical IT systems. The 30 outlets – 24x C13 (0°) and 6x C19 (90°) – are distributed across three phases, with each phase divided into two blocks and each protected by its own C16A circuit breaker. The 3.0 m supply cable (4 mm²) with red CEE 32A plug ensures a safe and standards-compliant feed.
Ideal for data centers, server rooms, colocation environments and professional IT infrastructures where energy monitoring and remote management are essential. The integrated measurement function records per-phase current, voltage, reactive, apparent and active power, active energy, frequency and power factor. The PDU can be conveniently monitored remotely via the integrated web server with web interface and two 1 Gbit/s Ethernet ports. Additional features include a 2.0" TFT color display, a hot-swappable controller, 1x USB-A port, 2x sensor interfaces and SNMP support.

Bachmann BN ESSENTIAL Metered – the three-phase PDU for professional data centers
The Bachmann BN ESSENTIAL Metered is a powerful Power Distribution Unit specially designed for use in modern data centers and server rooms. With an input of 32A/400V and a total power of 22 kW, it reliably distributes power to 24 C13 and 6 C19 outlets, which are divided across three phases and protected by six C16A circuit breakers. Each phase is divided into two separate blocks so that in the event of a fault only one block is shut down – the remaining devices remain in operation. The 3.0 m long feed cable with red CEE 32A plug (4 mm²) ensures standards-compliant and secure power input. Thanks to vertical mounting, a compact aluminum housing and dimensions of 1756 x 44 x 59 mm, the PDU can be integrated space-efficiently in the server rack. The included mounting bracket simplifies installation and ensures a secure fit in the rack.
