GDS Tough-Dock Cradle with USB-C Charging Function for iPad Pro 11 and Air 11
The RAM Mounts GDS Tough-Dock iPad Pro 11 & Air 11 (RAM-GDS-DOCK-AP32CPU) is a rugged cradle with an integrated USB-C charging function and an output power of 60 watts. It is compatible with the Apple iPad 10th and 11th generation, the iPad Pro 11-inch (M4, M5 as well as 1st to 4th generation) and the iPad Air 11-inch (M2, M3, M4 as well as 4th and 5th generation) when used with an IntelliSkin Next-Gen protective cover. The device is simply placed into the cradle and pressed in until the snap latch engages.
Precise cutouts around all buttons and ports preserve full operability of the iPad. The inside of the cradle also allows the use of accessories such as the GDS Hand-Stand, Hand-Strap and Kickstand. The back is prepared to accept a round base plate, which is available separately. A Power Delivery charger is recommended for adequate power supply and is not included.

Which Apple iPads is the GDS Tough-Dock cradle compatible with?
The cradle is compatible with a wide range of Apple iPads. Supported devices include the iPad 10th and 11th generation, the 11-inch iPad Pro in the M4 and M5 variants as well as the 1st to 4th generations, and the 11-inch iPad Air in the M2, M3, M4 variants as well as the 4th and 5th generations. A suitable IntelliSkin Next-Gen protective case is required for use, which equips the iPad with the necessary contacts and the correct fit for the dock. How is the Tough-Dock cradle mounted and what accessories are required?
The back of the cradle is equipped with an AMPS 4-hole pattern and is mounted using screws. It is prepared to accept a round base plate which serves as the connection element to the various RAM Mounts mounting systems. This base plate is available separately and allows combination with suction cup mounts, pipe- and bar-clamps, or vehicle mounts from the extensive RAM Mounts range. For power supply, a separate Power Delivery charger with sufficient output is required, as the dock itself does not include a power supply. Optionally, a GDS-FAN 12 VDC axial fan can be connected to provide additional cooling for the iPad during intensive use or high ambient temperatures. The input cable has a length of approximately 21 centimeters and allows flexible cable routing within the mounting assembly. The delivery includes only the cradle; pictured devices and other accessories are not included.
