The RAM Mounts Tab-Tite™ universal cradle (RAM-HOL-TAB23U) is a robust and versatile tablet mount for 7–8 inch tablets, also suitable for devices with a protective sleeve or rugged case. This makes it particularly well suited for professional use in vehicles, logistics, field service, or industrial work environments.
To insert the tablet, the top part of the tablet cradle is pulled up, the device is placed in, and then gently released. The integrated spring-assisted construction ensures that the tablet is securely held and sits stably in the mount. At the same time, the mechanism allows for quick and convenient removal of the device when it is to be used on the go.
On the back of the cradle there is a prepared mounting point for a round base plate (not included). This allows the tablet mount to be flexibly combined with various components of the modular RAM Mount system. The open end-cap design also ensures that ports, buttons, and cameras remain accessible on most tablets.
